You’re warmly invited to a Friday-evening public lecture by Dr. Tanisha C. Ford, the Institute for Ethnic Studies’ 2023 Visiting Distinguished Fellow.

Dr. Ford, Professor of History at The Graduate Center, CUNY, and the award-winning author of 4 books, will discuss the research behind her latest work, Our Secret Society: Mollie Moon and the Glamour, Money, and Power Behind the Civil Rights Movement (Amistad/HarperCollins, 2023).

Dr. Ford’s lecture is free and open to the public, and everyone is welcome. Please share widely with anyone who might be interested.
