This course is certified by the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Food Handler Program. Certification is for a two-year period. The class consists of five sections: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. A short test is given at the end of class prior to certification. $10 fee to cover materials.
