Over the past several decades, robotics have been increasingly applied for addressing problems in biomedical
engineering, including to carry out tasks in such areas as surgery and rehabilitation. In this talk, a number of
examples will be presented, along with lessons learned related to identifying and solving problems in medical
robotics
