Husker Venture Fund and the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship are partnering to put on this one-of-a-kind event. Venture capital and startups have long been a difficult community to enter, but this event is looking to change that! We are bringing together professionals in the startup and venture capital spaces with the most driven, talented, and innovative students at UNL. This event truly provides opportunities for everyone! Whether you are a student looking to join a club, meet a potential future employer, or a professional looking to learn what students are up to in their extracurriculars, this is the place to be.

The first half of the event will consist of a club fair where RSOs and student startups will have booths around the outside of the ballroom. Students and professionals will be free to walk throughout the event, meeting the brightest and most engaged students at UNL. Whether you’re looking to join a club, make new connections, or grow your startup, this event will connect you with the right people.

The second half of the event will consist of a panel of startup founders and venture capital investors. These professionals are here for students to learn. The startup and VC world has typically been a difficult one to enter, but learning from those who have already broken into it is the best way to break into it yourself. Come with questions prepared, as we’ll have ~30 minutes for questions from the audience.
