All cattle producers and interested individuals are invited to attend an informational meeting on the question of a ‘State Beef Checkoff’. Sessions will be held across the state. Panhandle sessions include Ogallala on March 23 at Ogallala Livestock Market; Alliance on March 25 at the Westside Event Center, 2472 CR 62; and Thedford on March 26 at the Brahmer’s Restaurant, East Highway 2. All meetings are 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. local time.
