Horse exhibitors must pass Horsemanship Advancement Levels for many classes at county fair and state horse shows. Sign up at least one week in advance of the test date.

Register by contacting Kate Pulec at 402-441-7180 or kpulec3@unl.edu. All other horsemanship level requirements and paperwork must be completed and handed in to Kate at the Extension office before the riding portion can be done.

Testing will be held at the Sandhills Global Event Center Fairgrounds in the evening, time slots will be emailed.

Notice: 4-H’ers must notify Kate at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their test time, or a $20 fee will be assessed. The fee will need to be paid before the 4-H’er will be allowed to test on another date.
