Co-lead by Dr. Kayla Person (COE) and Dr. Lisa Rohde (OGS), this workshop will help students begin drafting an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that corresponds with COE’s Complete Engineer Initiative. It will also help students construct short-term goals in preparation for the long summer months when motivation can wander and wane. The session will explore strategies and rituals to improve productivity when students encounter or shift to more flexible and unstructured schedules. This session is cohosted by OGS and the College of Engineering and is targeted toward COE graduate students and post-docs. It will be on Zoom and will not be recorded.
