This course is developed by the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Handler Program. The class consists of five sections: Food Safety is Important, Good Personal Hygiene, Controlling Time and Temperature, Preventing Cross-Contamination, and Cleaning and Sanitizing.
