Martye will discuss the Yahara WINS project an innovative adaptive watershed management project based in Wisconsin.
The project has been in existence for over 20-years in an effort to reduce Phosphorus at the watershed scale. Martye will describe how the project came to be, how it works, including measurement and verification of water quality improvements, and it’s impact.
