The lectures in 2023 will address a variety of variety of grassland, rangeland, and related topics. The series will feature Dr. Alexander “Sandy” Smart, Professor and Senior Agriculture and Natural Resources Program Leader for South Dakota State University Extension, as this year’s Frank and Margaret Leu Distinguished Lecturer. Dr. Smart will give a presentation entitled, “Protecting and Sustaining South Dakota Grasslands.” The seminar series will also be available via Zoom.
