This year’s competition will be held Monday, September 18, 2023, at the Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension & Education Center (ENREEC). ENREEC is located at 1071 County Road G, Ithaca, NE 68033 or about 30 minutes north of Lincoln, NE.
Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. on September 18th with light refreshments. The competition will start at 9:00 a.m. There will be 9-10 field stations to rotate between with 15 minutes at each station. Stations include topics such as weed identification, entomology, general scouting, soybean diseases, corn diseases, Corn Growth Staging, Maturity, Development, Soybean Growth Staging, Maturity, Development, cover crops and pesticide education.
