Target Audiences:
Dr. Huihui Zhang is a research scientist at the Water Management and Systems Research Unit, USDA-Agricultural Research Service, Fort Collins, Colorado, and an associate faculty member in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Her research focuses on developing innovative irrigation management strategies using remote sensing technologies. Leveraging her expertise, she has led projects funded by NASA and the Office of Naval Research, focusing on drone-based solutions for water conservation in agriculture.

She is an Associate Editor for Field Crop Research Journal. She was the vice-chair and chair of the ET Measurement and Modeling Community and the Biophysical Measurements and Sensors Community under the Climatology and Modelling Section of the American Society of Agronomy (ASA) in 2018 and 2019.
