Nebraska Defense Counsel brings this event directed toward 1Ls entering their first summer clerkship. It is a panel of attorneys from different sized law firms/organizations to better illustrate the differences in how firms utilize their law clerks. We will cover do’s and don’ts, what attorneys expect of the law clerks, what the clerks should expect from the attorneys, how to be invited back the following summer or work through the school year, etc. This is the 2nd year we have put on this panel, and the 1Ls last year found it extremely helpful.
