Craig R. Allen, Leader & Professor with the Nebraska Cooperative Fish & Wildlife Research Unit at the School of Natural Resources, University of Nebraska - Lincoln will be leading a group of law students on a Crane watching tour.
We’ll head out around 3 or 3:30 p.m., eat at Grand Island or the Derr House (TNC), go to blind before sunset, watch cranes come in at sunset, depart 30 minutes after sunset.
“Have you been to see the cranes? Would you like to get out, perhaps with some interested law students? If so, I, with the Nature Conservancy - NE could host, we have a new tract and blind established, and simply want to get as many people out on the river to see cranes as possible, especially folks who AREN’T directly natural resource types (i.e., law students).” Craig Allen
