In collaboration with partners located across the Rocky Mountain Region, the USPTO hosts quarterly virtual interactive sessions with experts from the USPTO’s Trademark Assistance Center (TAC) based at USPTO Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
September’s presentation will be a trademark basics presentation which will include general information about trademarks, clarification of terminology, searching considerations, and enforcement/post registration filing requirements.
