Want to learn more about pro bono opportunities as a student and as a practicing attorney? Attend this FREE luncheon to learn about the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP). The VLP helps law students and attorneys: 1. Find meaningful pro bono and reduced fee work assisting populations in need; 2. Access resources to provide legal services they are passionate about; and, 3. Harmoniously incorporate meaningful service into one’s professional practice. Nebraska College of Law alum, Shannon Seim, will provided an overview of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Volunteer Lawyers Project and the various pro bono and low bono opportunities it promotes. Da Vinci’s pasta (meat and vegetarian options) will be provided to those who RSVP (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe0RMl0lPTIlTs7xqeQK6Jx11rnnoXX8wo1SA-xxP7eFCMOKw/viewform) by noon on October 22nd.
