Join the Women’s Law Caucus for their first-ever, and hopefully last, ZOOM AUCTION! The Zoom Auction will be this Friday starting at 6pm. Our MCs Dean Moberly and Professor Thimmesch will be announcing the bidding of our Live Auction Items. These items including discounts for the dreaded Bar Prep as well as social outings with our wonderful UNL professors and staff.

We will also be hosting a virtual Silent Auction and Gratitude Cup this week. There are baskets filled with local goodies and social outings with the local legal community you can bid on. The Silent Auction and Gratitude Cup will be a VIRTUAL event that starts on Wednesday at 8am and ends on Friday at 4pm. So far, we have raised almost $2,500 for these three organizations; please help us continue our efforts by participating in the Auctions this week!

• Voices of Hope, which provides support services and advocacy to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence,
• The Friendship Home, which provides crisis services and emergency and transitional shelter to women and children who are victims of domestic violence,
• The Nebraska Public Interest Law Fund, a student-run nonprofit providing grants for volunteer or low-paying public interest summer clerkships with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private firms with a public interest practice.
