The session will give an update on the status of the Artemis Accords, and examine the benefits of this new bilateral approach to establishing and making more concrete international space law norms. It will also involve a detailed examination of various key principles in the Accords that have drawn attention either due to their possible impact on commercial actors or that have drawn international reaction to see if concerns expressed are well-founded or can otherwise be mitigated.
