This panel will discuss problems with analogizing rules governing military operations in other domains to military operations in outer space, and how the legal frameworks governing outer space are unique and thus require careful and detailed attention and analysis with this uniqueness in mind. Immediately after the panel, the audience will benefit from a special talk on counterspace threats as they exist today and what threats might arise in the future.
