Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) is hosting a legal professional panel, which will feature four panelists from a variety of practice areas. Members and non-members are encouraged to join.

Panelists include:
Daniel Gutman, ‘16, clerked for the Honorable John M. Gerrard, Chief U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Nebraska. Daniel currently practices law at Fraser Stryker in Omaha, where he focuses on government and commercial litigation. He also is currently adjunct professor for the pretrial litigation course.

Robert Lindemeier is a 1984 graduate of Creighton Law School. He has been the elected Lincoln County Public Defender in North Platte since 1991. While the bulk of his practice focuses on criminal defense, he also has his own law firm, where he does mediation and general civil practice.

Amanda Speichert is a 2001 graduate of Creighton Law School. She has worked as an associate with Lindemeier Law Offices since 2001, where she focuses primarily on juvenile law, family law, criminal law, guardianship/conservatorship, and general practice.
