I also want to inform you that Penn State Law will present a moot court argument of the NCAA v. Alston case *this Friday*, March 19 at 1pm EST via Zoom before a distinguished panel: Judge Thomas Vanaskie (Ret.) of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Judge David Hamilton of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and (our very own) Professor Jo Potuto of the University of Nebraska College of Law, a noted expert on sports law who has served on multiple NCAA committees.

Presenting argument on behalf of the NCAA will be Professor Matt Mitten, Director of the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette. Presenting argument on behalf of the respondents will be Professor Stephen Ross, Director of the Center for the Study of Sports in Society at Penn State.


The argument will take place at 1.00 pm ET on Friday, March 19, 2021, using the zoom webinar format at the first link below.
