The University of Nebraska Law School Immigration Clinic is hosting its second annual Naturalization Clinic. Last year, our clinic helped 20 participants prepare and submit N-400 naturalization applications; this year, we are committed to delivering that same quality of service in a COVID-safe environment. If you know of anyone who desires to naturalize at this time, we would greatly appreciate it if you would refer them to our naturalization clinic.

Ensuring the Naturalization Clinic remains a safe environment is our foremost priority. To accomplish this, the Naturalization Clinic will rely on a hybrid format. The majority of applicants will participate remotely via Zoom. If a prospective applicant doesn’t have access to Zoom but wishes to participate, they should call the clinic to inquire about potentially participating in person. Individuals will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
