The Supreme Court Roundup is presented by the student organizations of the American Constitution Society & the Federalist Society.

Nebraska Law Professors Eric Berger (ACS), Kyle Langvardt (ACS), and Gus Hurwitz (Federalist Society) will engage in a lunch hour discussion about several cases from the most recent Supreme Court term. Each will focus on one or two themes or trends in the Court and will refer to recent cases for support. The professors will focus on some of the lesser discussed cases and will do so for a few minutes each individually, with the remainder of the time for discussion - first among the three professors, and then with the audience. Topics are likely to include administrative law and national power, as well as individual rights.

Program presented as part of the College of Law’s Law and Democracy Series.

This program has been approved for 1.0 continuing legal education credit in Nebraska.
