The College of Law’s Women’s Leadership Initiative is pleased to host Dr. Alice Kang, UNL professor and political scientist, and author of the book, “Reimagining the Judiciary: Women’s Representation on High Courts Worldwide.” In her book, Kang examines the factors that facilitate the inclusion of women on high courts, while recognizing that many courts have a long way to go before reaching gender parity.
