The College of Law is excited to announce the addition of the First Amendment Clinic! The 6-credit hour clinic will launch this coming Spring 2024 semester and is open to current 3Ls. Students enrolled in the First Amendment Clinic will take on cases defending the constitutional rights of affected clients.

If you are interested in participating in the First Amendment Clinic as a student next semester or at any point during your time at the College of Law, we recommend you attend an information session scheduled for Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in Room 125.

At the information session, co-Clinical directors Daniel Gutman and Sydney Hayes will provide a short presentation about the First Amendment Clinic, as well the details regarding the application and selection process, and associated deadlines
