Drew Buss, MS Ed is a Lincoln-based psychotherapist and certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In this introductory, interactive presentation, we’ll explore how stress is experienced in humans physically, cognitively, and emotionally. We’ll look at the effects of acute and chronic stress, and we’ll explore the role that mindfulness-based principles and practices can play in mitigating those effects, promoting healthy emotional regulation, wise decision-making, general ease, and wellbeing.
