Conversation about scholarship issues to arise in past workshops (Wilhelm, Stewart, etc.), including, among others, whether and how to use metrics to measure faculty scholarship; whether and how to pursue grants; how to promote faculty scholarship, etc. Strategic planning raised numerous important questions about scholarship that were left unresolved last spring, so please try to attend this meeting to weigh in on these important issues and how we as an institution should approach them.
