This session will discuss the importance of keeping movement activity for children playful, simple, creative, and success-oriented. Participants will identity and experience a variety of developmentally appropriate physical activities that can be utilized with youth children. Class size is limited.

Dress in comfortable clothing/shoes so you can move easily.
