Resiliency is a practice of skills that we learn and develop over time. During the colloquium participants will have the opportunity to create their own personalized resiliency plan. The five areas of the plan will include learning about resilience, reducing anxiety, practicing positive thinking, starting the practice of gratitude, and creating a plan for exercise.
