The UNL Faculty Jazz Ensemble kicks off another wonderful year of Jazz at UNL. The event is November 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 119 of the Westbrook Music Building. Highlighted in this concert are the compositions of the group’s “composer in residence” Tom Larson. Additional pieces by faculty and jazz standards are also planned for the program. This concert will also feature our newest additional to the UNL Jazz Studies area, Dr. Dave Hall, Assistant Professor of Percussion and Jazz Studies.
