Student check-in: 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Ed Center lobby. They then move in to their dorms. Dean’s Welcome dinner is in the cafeteria. All the meals will be in the cafeteria. The orientation itself will be in the Ed Center Auditorium. The faculty advising hour after orientation will be in the auditorium for all the students except Vet Tech, who will go up to the Vet Tech building. The Community Picnic will be Sunday, August 20th in the Student Union. I will also need around 5 tour keys for the RAs on Sunday, August 20th in the afternoon. There will be a worship service offered to students in the arena from 10:00 to 11:00 (we are calling it “Cowboy Church”).
