2. o Student/advisors arrive and check in: 8:30-9 am
3. o Large Group meeting 9-9:15 am
4. o Breakouts 9:15 am-1:00 pm
Facility needs
o 1 large room for 250+ people (can be auditorium, gym, etc)
o 4 classrooms/breakout rooms that hold 35-50 people (gym/auditorium can count as one of these!)
o 1 room/area for ag teacher meeting – 20 ish people
o NO MEALS
Ed Center; auditorium, 129, 131, and 137 plus teacher room
