Since the 1800’s, the season of Carnival has drawn us to Cafe du Monde for beignets, Bourbon Street for hurricanes, and the Carousel Bar at Hotel Monteleone for a Vieux Carré. Creole leads. The food choices are a must - Gumbo, Red Beans & Rice, and Muffuletta. Of course King Cake for dessert. Who will find the prize inside? The wine? French will be the focus, of course.
