Dana Fritz, Hixson-Lied Professor of Art, Art History and Design, will discuss her new book at a book talk during Nebraska Research Days Nov. 7. Please join your colleague for this celebration of creative activity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Fritz will discuss her book, “Field Guide to a Hybrid Landscape,” an exploration of the Bessey Ranger District and Nursery of the Nebraska National Forest and Grasslands in north central Nebraska. She also will display her photographs, which are among the last images captured before the fall 2022 wildfires near Halsey. “Field Guide” was published in 2023 by the University of Nebraska Press.
