Join us for a presentation and reception with the Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild about their new exhibition “Second Chances: Upcycled Modern Quilts.”
Inspired by “Feed Sacks: An American Fairytale,” Lincoln Modern Quilt Guild members have created modern versions of vintage quilts using a variety of reclaimed materials. From used clothing to feed sacks and everything in between, these textiles are given new life in the upcycled creations.
First Fridays are FREE events held on the first Friday of each month. Enjoy free access to the IQM galleries from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
