Have you ever wondered how much meat an animal provides us with? What happens with all non-meat parts of the animal? What is the process of getting meat from the farm to the table? If you’ve ever wondered about any of these, then this is the workshop for you. We’ll explore all the in’s and out’s of meat science in this interactive workshop. Bring a sack lunch.
