Any 4-H member wishing to exhibit beef cattle, dairy cattle, swine, sheep, meat goats (includes pygmy), dairy goats, poultry/waterfowl/pigeon, and rabbits, must be certified through the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program. This is an annual program that can be completed via online modules ($12) or in-person trainings ($3).
