Phelps Co. 4-H Council members have scheduled for Monday, May 6 a training at 5:30 p.m. to complete 4-H Online Enrollment, DHHS Volunteer Screening and Volunteer Orientation. A scheduled meeting will be held following the training. Please RSVP to the office for the training, 995-4222.
