The Branched Oak Observatory, near Branched Oak Lake, will host a public night on Friday August 14th from 9:30pm-11:30pm. This event is free and open to the public. The event will coincide with the end of the Perseid Meteor shower. Weather permitting, additional items for viewing include Saturn, star clusters, nebula and the Andromeda Galaxy.
