The spintronics has attracted lots of interests both in experiment and theory since the discovery of the magnetic tunneling junction and giant magnetoresistance. There are still many challenges need to be addressed before large scale using spintronics device in industry. The organic spintronics is an even newer field promising a cheaper, lighter, and printable device. To build the spintronics devices, one of the important beginning goals is to obtain spin polarization in organic molecule. Using the substrate to induce the spin polarization in absorbed organic molecules is an effective way that also provides a relatively simple system to study the organic spintronics at the interface.
