Jorgensen Hall Room: Green Space - West Side of JH
Physics & Astronomy Faculty, Staff, Postdocs, Researchers, Graduate Students, and Majors are invited to the Physics & Astronomy Annual Department Family Picnic. ALL ATTENDEES MUST RSVP IN THE MAIN OFFICE, JH 208.
Games start at 4:30 PM.
Food will be served at 6:00 PM.
Faculty and staff are asked to bring 2 dishes, a main dish and a side/dessert.
Sports equipment will be provided for soccer, football, softball & volleyball. Also, feel free to bring any outdoors game from home if your family enjoys a particular one & teach the rest of us how to play!
