Each year many Nebraska ranchers ask Extension about rates paid for certain kinds of custom agricultural services. You can ensure the information provided is the most accurate possible by completing the Livestock Custom Rates Survey, available online at cap.unl.edu/customrates/livestock or by requesting a paper copy and postage paid envelope from your local extension office. The survey should take only a few minutes. It is designed for those of you that provide custom services OR those of you that pay for these services. Even if you only provide/use one of the listed services, your participation is still valuable. Individual survey data will be kept confidential. District and/or state ranges and averages will be published by late July 2023.
