As researchers, we strive to make our work more inclusive of all identities. Through Dr. Helen Fagan’s recent book, she discusses how leaders must overcome personal obstacles to inclusion. During this fireside chat, moderated by Dr. Gina Matkin, we will discuss the systemic problems of organizational bias and prejudice and how researchers can transform their mindsets from tribal to global, in order to further their research and understanding. Included in the discussion will be time for Q&A with the audience.
