Additional Public Info:
Please “save the date” for Monday, February 22. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm MT / 7:00 pm CT. Depending upon covid-19 meeting guidelines at the time of the meeting, we may meet in-person or via zoom. I will update you all on the method of “how” we meet closer to the date. If we are able to meet in person, it will be in Thomas County. Please ensure that your county is represented.

*Please note: The Extension Office is requesting that each 4-H Council provide the approved dates and judging times for your county 4-H judging events at this meeting so we can begin securing county fair judges. Please be having these discussions soon with your respective 4-H Council members. (For Blaine and Hooker Counties: this is a shared fair week between the two counties. Please select an alternate day or two when planning your schedules. We prefer to not have judging events overlapping on the same day / times in two different counties. Please bring these alternate dates to the meeting also to be discussed, if needed.)

Some items on the agenda include:
Joint 4-H Council Elections
Reserving Fair Dates / schedule turn in
Horse Show changes for all fairs (proposal)
Any FINAL changes to the fair book / classes for your county
Selecting a Central Sandhill Area fair theme for all counties (proposal/idea)
