6:00 am Sunrise Bird Tour— Get up before the birds! Join an expert guide from the Loess Hills Audubon Society to watch waterfowl wake-up and continue their migration. Make sure to bundle up for this program and feel free to bring your binoculars, spotting scopes, and cameras. Please pre-register by calling (402)755-2284. Meet inside the Resource and Education Center. Free. (Limited to 10 people per tour).

1:00 pm Winged Migration Film— Winged Migration gives insight to the migration of variety of birds throughout 40 counties. See the journey of outstanding birds as they travel to the Artic, Amazon, Paris, and New York City. Popcorn will be served with the film. Meet at the Resource and Education Center. Film is approx. 89 min. Free.

2:00 pm The Great Migration Challenge— Would you be able to survive a 2,000 mile journey, walking? Migrating birds make journeys like this two times a year! Learn about the difficulties and challenges migratory birds face on their journeys. Become a bird and see if you will make it from your wintering grounds to the breeding grounds! Meet at the Resource & Education Center. Free.

6:30 pm Sunset Bird Tour— Watch the birds return to the safety of the marsh at dusk. A guide from the Loess Hill Audubon Society will accompany you to our bird blinds. Binoculars, spotting scopes, and bird books will be available on the tour. Please pre-register by calling (402)755-2284. Meet in front of the Resource and Education Center. Free. (Limited to 10 people per tour).
