Walter’s Painting, Inc… Business & Residential Interior & Exterior Painting.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN? How to properly paint a surface as well as knowing exactly what a properly painted surface is, you will learn many different skills & ways to properly paint, such as prep, practices, and handling & care, as well as many different types of paint there are to be used and what they are used for, how to properly stain or refurbish cabinets etc.
COMPANY CULTURE: We take pride in our Crew & treat everyone as though they are family members. We are all a big Family, We do Monday morning meetings to start our week getting to know each other’s strengths & weaknesses during the week & to talk about how we did the week before & what we can improve on.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: We offer 30/60/90/180 day reviews to get together & discuss individual strengths & ask what they think they need to do to advance in their career & in there pay each month the more you take in & the more you follow through & follow instructions the more people get paid it’s that easy & can be that quick. Below are the Positions in order from The highest position you have to work towards to the start position as an apprentice & you can take a look at how much you can make in a year per position.
