The Ambassador of Latvia Mr. Andris Teikmanis; Dr. Janis Šilinš, University of Latvia; and Dr. Juris Plesums, Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, will present “Karlis Ulmanis: People that have shaped Latvia’s Centennial.”
