Join us in the Wellness Kitchen and prep your meals for the rest of the week! Learn about balanced meal planning and make four servings of Kung Pao Power Bowls and 12 muffins to power you through the rest of the week. Everybody will take home their own set of four meal prep containers.

Recipes include:
• Vegetarian Kung Pao Power Bowls
• Blueberry Chia Muffins

Class date: January 27, 2022
Time: 5:30–7 p.m.

All attendees are required to wear a face-covering, encouraged to observe physical distancing, and wash hands often.
