The May workshop will focus on both the experience and process of advising for summer NSE. This session will address the following NACADA Core Competencies: I7 (information technology relevant to advising roles), R2 (create rapport and build academic advising relationships), R4 (plan and conduct successful advising interactions), and R6 (facilitate problem solving, decision-making, meaning-making, planning, and goal setting).
