The UNL’s Department of Art and Art History announces the fourth annual Nebraska National Undergraduate Juried Art Exhibition. The exhibition will feature the work of the best undergraduate student artists from across the country. It opens Sept. 4 and continues through Sept. 25 at the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery in Richards Hall. There will be a First Friday opening reception on Sept. 4 from 5-7 p.m. with the awards announced at 6 p.m.

Each year, three different media disciplines are featured in the exhibition. This year’s show includes sculpture, painting and drawing.

Four Howard Awards of Excellence will be presented: $1,000 Best of Show Drawing, $1,000 Best of Show Painting, $1,000 Best of Show Sculpture and a $1,500 Grand Prize.
